Spending time regularly with God is difficult for many people. What are some of the
reasons for this?
Join us for Bible study this Wednesday as we continue our study on Christian
Disciples. We are in our second of four sections, Reaching Out to Others, and our
topic will be from Acts 17, "Evangelism."



  • 2nd Annual Health and Fitness Fair
Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation is sponsoring a FREE Health & Fitness Fair,
Saturday, June 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Located in the parking lot behind
the Riverside Community Hospital, 4000 Brockton Ave. Riverside, 90501.

  • Dimes for Dollars
Have you been saving your coins? The Great Shepherd C.C. Dimes for Dollars is in
full swing. We have three high school graduates to celebrate this June. So let's
make it a wonderful occasion in the Lord.



  • The King in Me
The GSCC Choir, under the direction of Sis. Johnnie Taylor, will share in the
Annual Sanctuary Choir Day of First Union Missionary Baptist Church in
Pomona, on Sunday, June 24th at 4:00 p.m. Samuel Jarnigan is the pastor.



  • The Pantry Box
Introducing the Shelf Stable Pantry Box, which contains over 25 lbs. of food from
the 4 food groups and will feed a family of four for up to a week. We will be offering
this box beginning in November. Contact the church office for details.



  • Clothing Ministry
Please bring your clothing items for our monthly clothing giveaway, prior to the 4th
Saturday.  There is a special need for children's and men's items.  Contact the
church office if you need the items picked up.  Sister Jennifer Wormley is the
coordinator.
